Just Eat

Just Eat were a few people working in a very grotty office in Edgware when we first started working with David Buttress, then the U.K Managing Director. In 2010 we supported the U.K business in developing its sales and sales management capability and as Just Eat grew, so did our relationship as their ‘trusted advisor’. Since those early days we have worked with the business across in the U.K, across Europe and North America helping Just Eat develop and maintain the culture that’s so very dear to them and so much part of their success. We have worked extensively with the senior executive team in the run up to IPO helping them gain clarity on their purpose and the type of business they wanted to build. We have delivered Management Training, Coached dozens of senior executives, designed and delivered their International Sales Director Development Programme as well JEMS their talent programme, both to great acclaim. We have designed and delivered Sweet n Sour Selling, their very own sales academy programme, and even acted as Interim Sales Director (twice!). Our friends at Just Eat IPO’d in April 2014 at a valuation of £1.5bn.
