Who We Do It For


Nationwide Building Society is one of the few trusted brands remaining in financial services and we are very proud to support them in developing and maintaining that reputation. Since 2008 we have supported mostly Distribution (Retail) in bringing its Treating Customers Fairly strategy alive, developing managers in the One Best Way and Effective Sales Management programmes. We have delivered a range of Senior Team Events across the country, consulted on Role Clarity and helped launch their Performance Appraisal Process. The three projects we are particularly proud of are supporting Regional Brands in their Change Programme, consulting and training Nationwide Financial Planning advisors and managers in how they would bring the Nationwide Brand alive under the new rules of the Retail Distribution Review and lastly, in 2015, training over 1500 managers in Skillful Management Conversations, a programme to support managers in managing performance without the crutch of targets, commissions and league tables. We continue to work with our friends at Nationwide supporting them in embedding behaviours and developing skills further.
